We go the extra mile by providing free troubleshooting services to make certain the appliance part our customer receives is the part they need. Our promise to the customer says it all, "We have it, or we'll get it!" Each store stocks the parts needed to repair the most common symptoms. The less common parts are available the next day; the rare parts take a little longer. There are also malfunctions that can be repaired without replacing parts and we love to share those solutions when they happen.

Our team has over 100 years of combined experience in appliance parts with specialties in assisting our customers to diagnose the malfunctions in their washers, dryers, dishwashers, refrigerators, ranges, furnaces, and air conditioners. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE / RETAIL SALES CONSULTANT

As a Customer Service / Retail Sales Consultant, you set the entire tone for our customers' experience. You are real, authentic, and engaging in all of your interactions and strive to make each customer's day easier. Most of your time is spent identifying customer needs and providing solutions. By staying up to date with the latest changes in appliances and air conditioning, you are able to determine how we can best assist them. You cheerfully answer questions, make recommendations, and place orders for any parts that we don't have in the store. You find great satisfaction in ensuring that customers leave satisfied while contributing to our profitability!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE / RETAIL SALES CONSULTANT

• Ability to work on your feet all day
• Ability to type 40+ words per minute (WPM)
• Basic computer skills
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

English and Spanish speaking is preferred but not required. Do you have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal? WORK SCHEDULE FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE / RETAIL SALES CONSULTANT

This customer service position works Monday through Friday from 9 am to 6 pm, with Saturdays and Sundays off and no night shifts.
